Nollywood actress and comedian Wofai Fada has celebrated her first wedding anniversary with her husband, Taiwo Cole, amidst the rejection from her in-laws.
Wofai Fada shared beautiful memories of herself, her husband, and their beautiful daughter. She recalled May 4th as the day she officially became Mrs. Cole when she said yes.
The mother of one stated that the day was one of the happiest days of her life. Without regret, the actress said she would continue to ‘do’ in their relationship.
Wofai prayed for God’s presence, which would make their union successful.

In 2024, Wofai Fada’s in-laws issued a disclaimer to reject her marriage to their son, Taiwo Cole.
It was made public in a statement released to the media by the Cole Family of Victoria Island, Lagos.
Engineer Kunle Cole signed a statement on behalf of the family stating that all acquaintances, family, and friends are unaware of any marriage between their son, Taiwo Olakitan Cole, and Wofai Fada, and neither permission was granted.
They advised the public to disregard any publications and documents being circulated about the wedding.
The actress and her husband defied her in-laws to hold their traditional marriage in her home town with love and cheers from friends and loved ones.
Kemi Filani recalls that the same year, Wofai Fada and her husband, Taiwo Cole, welcomed their first child, a baby girl.
She took to her Instagram page to share photos of the newborn. Wofai stated that they are forever grateful to God for their precious gift, as their joy is complete
