Reality TV star Bella Okagbue recently took to her Twitter to call out business owners and brand owners who did not pay content creators well.
She expressed that brands needed to normalize the act of paying creatives their rates. She went on to reveal some things that some brands have told her. Things like “you’ll get early access to unreleased products,” “you’ll want to s”We will send you items for free in exchange for collaboration.”
She expressed that it was a new year, and that people need to stop asking creatives to work for free. She expressed this while wishing everybody a good morning.

Now recall that Just a few hours ago, Bella had shared an adorable picture of herself and Sheggz on a video call as he slept off. She revealed that, it was the current standing of their long-distance relationship. Sheggz apparently Nigeria some while ago to be in the UK for some projects. This is the first time in a long time that the lovebirds have been separated.
Now also recall that back in December 2023, Bella Okagbue had declared that so many Nigerians do not want her to succeed. Her remarks came after she faced a lot of backlash from Nigerians who slammed her for her statements regarding her and her boyfriend’s high endorsement fees.
She had revealed in a TikTok live session that a lot of brands could not afford her and her boyfriend Sheggz because they were expensive. However, many netizens slammed her, accusing her of fabricating stories about rejecting brand deals due to their costs.
In September of 2023, Bella had shared a message that a fan of her boyfriend had sent her. The fan had told her that she would find her and kill her if she ever went out of her way to hurt Sheggz, her boyfriend.
