Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola is counting down to the day school resumes for a new session as the mother of one is tired of her son.
The Yoruba actress, via her Instagram page, shared a video of her, presumably from a movie set, making a call to her house. Her son picked up the call and pulled a prank on her, pretending to be a fire service official. A bewildered Wumi questioned if it wasn’t her house landline as she asked to speak to her son, who kept changing his identity and then cut the call.
Wumi questioned how other parents were enduring with their kids as she questioned when school was resuming.
“When is school resuming again??
I called home, at first, I got “It’s pizza delivery”. Had to call again, then this.
Parents, how far? How is the holiday going?”.
Some of her colleagues and fans took to the comment section to hail her son for his acting prowess.

Weeks back, Wumi Toriola had hailed her son following the end of another academic session. Taking to her Instagram page to share photos of her mini-me, the proud mother hailed him for his swag as he maintained more steeze than an Odogwu.
Recall that early last year, Wumi announced her separation from her husband and the father of her son. She revealed she walked away from a domestic violent and abusive relationship for her sanity’s sake.
Her ex-husband, on his part, had something contrary to say, as he claimed that their marriage was filled with violence, deceit, and betrayal on Wumi Toriola’s part. Describing his marriage as a total regret, he further alleged that Wumi physically assaulted his mother, a claim which the actress debunked and slammed her ex for.
In an interview in December, Wumi opened up on her crashed marriage as she revealed how her fame was used against her by her ex-husband. She claimed that her husband was always threatening her with her fame, using it to keep her trapped in the marriage until she decided to move on.
Despite their divorce, Wumi stated they are good co-parents and better friends as he is actively involved in his son’s life.
