Award winning Afrobeats singer, Yemi Alade has expressed her excitement at finally staying true to her real self.

Going out of the box, Yemi Alade for the first time in her music career hit the stage without makeup, costume attire, and several others.
The singer ditched the glammed up rules for something more natural and she couldn’t be happier.
Sharing the beautiful moment on her story, Yemi Alade noted how it was never in her plan in the beginning but she has never felt so uninhibited and musically unhinged.
She appreciated the city of Brussels for the love despite her natural look.
Yemi Alade added that she was thirsty for more.
“For the first time in my entire career, I went on stage with No make up, Costume Attire, no pre-stage photo-up! It wasn’t any plan in the beginning but I have never felt so Uninhibited, musically unhinged!! A freaking Rockstar! Thank you Brussels! I’m thirsty for more”.

Yemi Alade had taken to her Twitter page to praise Beninese singer Angelique Kidjo’s album, Mother Nature which won over Wizkid’s Made In Lagos album.
However, Yemi Alade’s retweeting of the tweet had pained Godson, and he took to his Instagram page to trash the singer.
He stated that Yemi Alade could never be able to sell any venue out in 1 minute.
Responding, Yemi Alade, in a post shared on Instagram, averred that before anyone argued with a person, they should ask themselves if the other party was mentally mature to grasp the concept of a different perspective.
Yemi Alade added that there was no point arguing with someone whose mental capability does not match her own, and sometimes it was good to choose violence.
