Similarly, Big Brother Naija Level Up winner Phyna called for an end to bad government. She stated that she stands for a new, better and greater Nigeria, and as such, she joins hands with the great citizens of the land to push for the betterment of its citizens. Phyna noted how she is a Nigerian and not an enslaved person as she went on to sing the former National Anthem.

Unlike Iyabo Ojo, Phyna, Yemi Alade and others supporting the protest, some celebrities have kicked against it. Actor Lege Miami, admonished Youths in Lagos to step back from the protest as he appealed to them to give the President a chance to fix the country. He noted how things are very expensive; however, he believes the President can fix it and needs more time with Nigerians.

Actress Tonto Dikeh had written a letter to Nigerians, stating that she understands their frustration and concerns regarding the current state of their nation; however, she believes that the approach may not be the most effective method. Tonto suggested establishing a representative group that can meet with the President and advocate on their behalf.
