Media personality, Yeni Kuti has recounted how Nollywood actress, Foluke Daramola disrespected her years ago.
The co-host of ‘Your View ‘ while addressing Foluke Daramola stern warning to young Nigerians, recounted to her co-hosts how the thespian was rude to her years back.
Describing it as Karma, Yeni Kuti stated that even though she has no issues with Foluke Daramola now and even talks to her, she cannot help but remember how the movie star insulted her many years ago.
To be sure that the movie star was being hypocritical, she revealed that she went on Google to check the actress’ present age and discovered that she is 45 while she is 62.
Yeni Kuti explained that the insults she got from the actress at the time was too much before adding that she is now demanding respect from youths.
She said on the show,
“Foluke Daramola, I like her, I talk to her, but I remember when she insulted me. Because I just Googled her now, she’s 45, I’m 62. We did a job, Animashaun called me to do a job, Girls Night Out that time, this was like maybe 30, 20, years ago and I was only doing what they asked me to do, I didn’t take money for the job, but the enmity I got from her was terrible. So I’m wondering if she remembers, I remember because it was done to me. Because now she’s demanding respect, you reap what you sow. Karma is a leveller.”
Foluke Daramola sends strong warning to Nigerian youths
Kemi Filani reported on Tuesday that Foluke Daramola Salako had issued a stern warning to Nigerian youths who are fond of “insulting elders” on social media.
The Yoruba movie star took to her Instagram page on Monday night to read the riot act to the youths as she condemned their constant disrespect for their elders.
Foluke expressed displeasure over their behavior which she described as a “pandemic.”
Daramola queried what happened to our value system as she noted how the youths have “lost their values” and are disrespecting their elders, which she believes is because of modernization.
Foluke Daramola added that in the next five years, youths will be beating up their parents because many are condoning their bad behavior.
The politician’s wife dared the youth to disrespect her, as she alerted them of the consequence.
