This year, 2024, will undoubtedly be one to remember as so many celebrities’ weddings and baby announcements have taken place. Joining the list of soon-to-be parents is singer Yhemo Lee and his wife, Thayour.
The couple who shutdown Lagos on August 30th, 2024 for their traditional wedding are expecting their first child. A close friend of the couple had shared a photo of the singer with his pregnant wife. In the photo, Yhemo Lee was captured holding his wife’s waist as he kissed her on her head while she slightly pulled off her top to reveal her baby bump.
This is coming months after he debunked rumors of expecting a child. Kemi Filani reported in July, rumours filtered the internet about the singer and his girlfriend expecting their first child. The singer swiftly shit down the report, making it known that the information was false.

Recall that back in November of 2023, Yhemo Lee had hinted at being back together after his breakup with Bisola, who he accused of cheating on him, though she denied it. Following their break-up, he had unarchived photos of him and Thayour on social media. He further fueled the rumors after he sweetly celebrated her birthday.
Finally confirming his reconciliation with her, the socialite took to his Snapchat page to share an adorable photo with the love of his life, where she was seen holding him from behind as they stepped out in style.
As an apology gift, he had gifted Thayour B, a brand new Benz, which she shared on her Snapchat account as she gushed over it.
