Upcoming singer, Young Duu has pitched a tent following the ongoing beef between superstar singer, Davido and fast-rising singer, Buju now known as BNXN.
The former signee of Portable had taken to X platform to defend Buju after Twitter critic, Daniel Regha slammed Buju. Daniel stated that Buju talks too much for an artiste with no hit song.
“Buju talks so much for an artiste with no hit song” Daniel Regha tweeted.
Defending him, Young Duu stated that Daniel was only blabbing. “You dey yarn dust”, he tweeted.
A fan of Davido had slammed him, calling him talentless. “See person wey no get talent”.
Not one to be demeaned, Young Duu hints back, stating that he and the fan’s mentor, which is clearly David since he has his picture on his Display Pic, are both talentless.
“Me and your Oga na same”.
His comment didn’t sit right with many who slammed him for the disrespect.

On Thursday night, Buju had angered many after he took a dig at Davido while tackling his fan. Buju had taken to the X-platform to promote his new artist, and a troll had stated that his new artist was not very skilled, calling him mid.
Not pleased with his statement, Buju now known as BNXN took his anger on Davido as he lambasted the troll, calling him an idiot. Knowing fully well that the troll’s favorite artist was Davido, he indirectly stated that Davido wasn’t a great artist either.
Even further explaining the fact that this shade was hinted at Davido, he told the fan to “FEM”. And FEM happens to be one of Davido’s most popular songs.
Following this, Davido had not only unfollowed him but had deleted a tweet promoting their upcoming project. Unbothered, BNXN as he took to X to defend himself, stating that no one can bully him, and he would still drop the song since he was the one who wrote it.
Recall that Portable and Young Duu had gone their separate ways in December 2023. It all started when Portable came online to repeatedly slam Young Duu for not giving him bountiful returns after investing in him. He had also laid a curse on Young Duu, expressing that he had bad luck that followed him.
Portable also accused Young Duu of trying to bring disintegration in his record label Zeh Nation. Reacting to all of this, Young Duu had taken to leaving the record label, even returning the car that Portable had gifted him.
Since separating from the record label, they’ve both been consistently shading each other at different times. Young Duu current expression and his longing for collaboration with Portable is a surprise but also a welcome development in their story.
