Nollywood actor and pastor Yul Edochie has responded to those questioning if he is still a minister of God.
In an Instagram post, he revealed that he is still a minister of God and is now more powerful because he has gone back to his roots. The actor explained that he now understands who he is, where he is coming from, and where he should be heading as instructed by God.
He claimed that God opened his eyes and revealed the truth to him which has been hidden from many for decades. The controversial actor promised to unravel those hidden truths at his Sunday service.

The answer is Yes, I’m still a minister of God and now a more powerful minister of God because I have gone back to my roots and understood who I am, where I’m coming from, and where I should be heading as instructed by the Almighty God.
In 2024, God opened my eyes and revealed the truth to me which has been hidden from us for decades.
We have all been brainwashed for so long.
It’s time for my people to know the truth.

Kemi Filani reported in January, last year, Yul had accepted his calling and launched his own online Ministry, The Salvation Ministry. Many thought he was just chasing clout until he held his first online service on Sunday, January 28th, where he recounted how God called him.
In June, he took a break from ministry and had explained why, revealing that he wanted to prepare himself spiritually for God’s work and during that time, God took him on a journey and revealed so much to him.
During one of his online ministry, Yul stirred reactions as he made a revelation about his calling from God. He claimed God called him because of his stubbornness. He admitted that though he doesn’t know all the various reasons why God chose him to be a preacher, he was, however, sure that his stubbornness was part of it.
Back in 2023, he had recounted how God saved his life in 2019 after a ghastly car accident, disclosing that he died after the accident, but God gave him a second life, which He stated would be for his glory and to preach his word.
In other news, during the Easter celebration, Yul admonished the public to stop burning shrines and deities, noting that not all deities are evil. He educated Nigerians on how the Whites brainwashed us into abandoning our tradition as he admonished them to wake up and start embracing their tradition.
In another post, he sent a message to religious folks, advising them against being too obsessed with it. He avowed that the majority of religion is a scam and is formulated to control the people.
