Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has disagreed with Pastor Paul Adefarasin of the House on The Rock Church over his advice on leaving the country.
The clergy a few days ago urged his church members to start having a plan B on leaving Nigeria over the current unsatisfactory situation of the country.
In the video which surfaced online, Paul Adefarasin said, “Get yourself a plan B. Whether that’s an okada to Cameroon or flying boat to Seme Border. Get a plan B.”
Reacting to this, Yule Edochie said leaving the country is not the solution as everyone will die someday hence there is no point running away.
The actor added he will not run from his fatherland but will stay back to get things right. However, many people believe his response is connected to his presidential ambition.
The actor tweeted: Jakpa is not the answer.
Yes, no one wants to lose his life but truth is, we’ll all die someday, all of us.
So what’s the point of running?
I’m a man sent by God to liberate his people.
I will not run from my fatherland.
We must get it right.
My plan B is ‘NO LEAVE NO TRANSFER’.
