Nollywood actress and divorcee, Yvonne Jegede has spoken out on heartbreak.
The chocolate skin beauty, who was married to Abounce Fawole, revealed that she has in love with someone that didn’t love her back.
Quizzing her fans, Yvonne questioned which heartbreak was worse – to love someone and not get loved back or to not be in love with someone that loves you.
According to her, she has experienced both and didn’t know which is worse.
“I have been loved by someone that I didn’t love back and I have been in love with someone that didn’t love me back. And I don’t know which is worse: to be broken or to break another”.
Yvonne Jegede’s marriage crashes
Recall that Yvonne Jegede and her one-year-old marriage to Olakunle ‘Abounce’ Fawole crashed in 2019.
Abounce, who is the son of a late actress, Bukky Ajayi, married Yvonne at a simple but classy wedding ceremony in Lagos in February 2018.
Separation rumors began trailing their marriage m after reports surfaced that Yvonne had moved out of her husband’s house, three months after she got pregnant with her son.
The couple met 15 years ago on the set of Tade Ogidan’s popular drama serial, ‘Behind the Seige’.

In a recent interview, Yvonne Jegede disclosed that her ex-husband, Olakunle Fawole is a deadbeat father who hasn’t shown any form of support or interest in the life of their son, Xavier.
Opening up in a conversation with Mercy Johnson on her cook show, Yvonne Jegede recounted how Olakunle Fawole only showed up once to see the child after she gave him an ultimatum of withdrawing his surname.
Going down memory lane on how they fell in love, Yvonne Jegede disclosed that he was an amazing friend but their marriage just didn’t work out.
Yvonne Jegede further revealed that “He doesn’t wish him a happy birthday on his birthdays. He doesn’t call him to ask about his well-being, he just doesn’t care that he has a son somewhere.
