Iyabo Fespris Ojo has disclosed that her deceased mother had a mental ailment and that her father used drugs.
The mother of two revealed the jaw-dropping information during an interview with Toke Makinwa, a well-known media personality.
Iyabo Ojo claims that despite never experiencing poverty because her grand parents were well off, she grew up without parental supervision.
Iyabo revealed that her grandmother looked after her because her mother had left and refused to get help for her mental illness because she believed it was a spiritual issue.
After her grandma introduced the two of them, she admitted that she had known her mother when she was about 13 years old.
She also added that her father squandered his inheritance on drugs as “he was a spoilt rich kid”. He would later suffer from kidney and liver problems.
