Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi has shared a picture taking in the 18th century showing his predecessor in the Oluwo of Iwo title and his wives.
The picture was shared on Instagram by Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi who pointed out that the women seen standing around the then Oluwo of Iwo were his wives.
He wrote:
“Oluwo of Iwoland with his Queens in this early 18th century picture taken by a British photographer”.
This comes weeks after Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi announced that he and his queen from Canada, Chanel Chin, have parted ways.
The former couple parted ways on allegation that the monarch was having affair with other women.
The Oluwo of Iwo on his own part accused Chanel Chin of trying to take his life.
