According to him, an incident at the store when a certain gentleman walked in, made him see the positivity in negativity, as he comes up with the school of thought that rejection is a compliment

This got me thinking all through the night.
I was in the store yesterday shopping for a new wrist watch and as the sales assistant was helping me, another gentleman walks in.
He walks up to the showglass and starts asking to look at different watches. After taking a look at each watch he would ask ”How Much”?
After the sales assistant reveals the price, he would make a strange face and hand it back to her and ask to look at another watch that is appealing to the eyes.
He did this about four times. He finally handed the sales assistant the last watch, and said “Thank You”, and walked out.
Immediately, it hit me. “REJECTION IS A COMPLIMENT”. The reason people don’t want to have nothing to do with you is because they can’t afford your value.
Rather than the man saying he couldn’t afford the watches he was asking to look at each of the watch and too prideful to ask to be directed to something around his price range. But then he continued on because “THEY LOOK GOOD”.
People love your class, standards, and expectation because it looks good; until they are made to respect your worth and realize it won’t go on sale.
So Fam! No. It’s not you they’re rejecting, they just can’t afford your type of expectations. Don’t be upset; that’s okay. Someone, persons, group, is coming that can handle your WORTH. Just as you are. Just Saying!
