Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has taken to social media to urge people not to be pressured by social media as everything portrayed is a lie.
The mother of four via her Twitter handle spoke about making real-life connections urging that people find time to log off sometimes. She also advised people to be patient with their growth.
She wrote;
In this age and time of intense pressure especially from social media. Find the time to log off. Have real-life connections. Don’t feel pressured by the many lies you see, your worries are easier than that of many you may admire. Hang in there and be patient with yourself.

Kemi Filani News actress and happily married mum of four, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has bagged an honorary degree in Doctorate of Art from the Igbinedion University today November 30th.
Also conferred with honorary degrees are former President Goodluck Jonathan, Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi (Kusenla III), Chairman Business International Management, and Mr. Sow Bertin Agba.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Lawrence Ezemonye, said the awardees were honoured for their contribution to human development and progress at the national and international levels.
