A woman has said that she prefers to see her husband live than her child in a situation whereby they both contracted COVID-19.
According to her, if it is only one ventilator available to use, she would prefer it be given to her husband and not her child.
Given a reason, the woman tweeted:
“If my child and husband both have COVID-19 and needed a ventilator and we only could give one to one of them. I wouldn’t want to raise my child without my spouse if I could help it. My child can’t help me mourn the loss of my husband”.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Health Ehanire Osagie has said that Nigeria is migrating to community transmission of coronavirus.
He also revealed that primary health workers are being trained to help curb the spread of the virus which has reached over 1500 cases.
