The brutal death of George Floyd in the United States has forced Nigerians to take the streets in demand for justice for the African-America.
George Floyd died after his neck was pinned to the ground by a white cop with his colleagues present.
This sparked a series of protests in America which has now moved to other parts of the world.

Actor Junior Pope wrote: “And we can’t protest about the ills and hardship our leaders put us through”.
Pantani1 wrote: “What did I just see? Nigerians protesting racism in US when tribalism has reduced us to slave in our own country?”
Mayd_14: “But why not protest against the raping and killing and let people over there do theirs. Let’s face ours”.
Meanwhile, Floyd’s fiancee Catherine Ross has urged the protesters to forgive the cops who killed him.
“You know, if he was here, he would say that he’s a man of God. He would stand on that firmly,” Ross said.
“He stood up for people, he was there for people when they were down, he loved people that were thrown away,” Ross added.
“We prayed over every meal, we prayed if we were having a hard time, we prayed if we were having a good time.”
Ross went on to advise the community to honour Floyd in a way he would respect.
“You can’t fight fire with fire. Everything just burns, and I’ve seen it all day, people hate, they’re hating, they’re hating, they’re mad. And he would not want that. He wouldn’t, he wouldn’t, he wouldn’t. He would give grace. I stand on that today. He would still give grace to those people,” she said.
