The Senate on Tuesday screened Nine President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ministerial nominee.
The nominees screened included ex-governors Nasir El-Rufai (Kaduna) and Dave Umahi (Ebonyi); Wale Edun, Uche Nnaji, Stella Okotete(Delta State), Adebayo Adelabu(Oyo State), Ekperikpe Ekpo, Hannatu Musawa, and Musa Dangiwa.
Recall that the Senate on Monday screened 14 of the 28-member list of ministerial nominees sent by Tinubu last Thursday.
The five ministerial nominees are yet to be screened with the development, including the presidential spokesman Dele Alake; the Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Lateef Fagbemi; Muhammad Idris, Ali Pate, and Doris Uzoka.
The red chamber adjourned till Wednesday to screen the others.
