Buhari’s alleged second wife, Sadia Umar Farouq, is currently not in Abuja amidst report of her wedding event taking place at the Aso Villa.
Reports have it that Sadia Umar Farouq has been chosen to be President Buhari’s second wife with a wedding Fatiha scheduled for today.
However, this has been debunked by her absence as she’s currently at the 70th session of the Executive Committee of the High Commissioner’s Programme going on in Geneva. The event is organised by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Also, according to Tribune newspaper, a Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina debunked the news making rounds about a wedding at the Villa. He stated that it was a deceptive work of detractors.
Meanwhile, First Lady Aisha Buhari has spoken amidst reports of the wedding.
