Below is a video showing soldiers in the Nigerian Army engaging Boko Haram insurgents in a fierce battle at night in the Northeast.
The video which was shared by @APCUKingdom shows bullets flying to and from as the soldiers intensify effort towards dealing a final blow to ensure Boko Haram ends in Nigeria.
A few days ago, the Chief of Army Staff, General Tukur Burutai stated that he will be going to join the Operation Lafiya Dole and would not leave until Boko Haram is finally defeated.
This was after the government of Chad carried out an offensive on Boko Haram which dealt a heavy blow on the insurgents.
The Defence Headquarters, DHQ, also stated that Abubakar Shekau, the leader of the terrorist group, will soon surrender due to his body language.
