Staff of Chevron in Nigeria are reportedly protesting for the removal of the MD, a social media user reports.
Amazed at the rareness displayed in the protest which makes it different from common protests due to the calibre of people involved in it, the social media user shared:
“Drove past the chevron protest, I must say that’s the freshest most organized protest I have seen in my life. So much skin glow in this harsh weather”.
Tolu Ogunlesi, a special assistant to the president on New Media, reacted to the tweet asking to know why they are protesting.
The social media reporter replied saying the the protest is based on alleged racism on the part of the MD.
