A Nigerian man who is yet to be identified at the filing of this report was on Monday killed and three others have sustained severe injuries after a gas cylinder exploded at 13C, Palmgroove Estate, Cappa Avenue, off Ikorodu road around 6 pm in Lagos.
According to reports, the cylinder exploded while refilling gas into an outdoor split Air Conditioner. The cause of the explosion was leakage from the cylinder which was discovered only after the explosion occurred
Three other men sustained varying degrees of burns and were rushed to the hospital where they are receiving treatment and recuperating.
