God is God. HE is our Defense and our King.
God showed us in a way we have never seen it that HE has always been shielding us from evil.
We
went to sleep early one evening in March this year. I do not remember
whether we prayed before retiring to bed that evening,a usual practice
that we don’t however do 100% .

Around
midnight, there was a heavy windstorm reinforcing a heavy down pour. My
mother and l got up to shut the windows.l had done some in the living
room and went to close the ones in the other rooms.l heard my mum asking
my children in their room where l was.

She was wondering what l could be doing outside at such time in the night.
Alas, the storm and the lightning were used by God to expose a ‘being’ trying to get into the house.
The
man might have been hiding to strike later in the night but he was seen
from inside bending and crouching under the window outside, being
beaten by the rain.He seemed he could not escape.

My
mum first thought it was me that went out to put things in order out
there, but seeing me coming out of one room, she drew our attention to
the situation outside.

The man was shivering, so it seemed. What was on him was rendered null and void. His enterprise could no longer be done.
We
were only females in the house. What could we have done? Sleep left our
eyes and we had to praise the Lord for the past victories and
protection upon our lives. And we prayed.

Thank
God for the rain and the windy gale that surrounded it. They were used
by the Almighty God to speak to us and rescue us from the evil that man
does.

Today, HE has given us victory that made us to say God has been there for us all this while. HALLELUYAH.
