My brethren, It’s not every ‘open door’ or open window that you jump into.
That is, Not every ‘open door/window ‘ is from God. Some Christians pray
so much that out of desperation they dive into the next ‘open window’.
In 2kings 5, Elisha didn’t collect the multiple gifts brought by Naaman
which actually looks like an open door judging by its magnitude (i mean
seriously if the MILITARY COMMANDER OF FRANCE brings GIFTS for you, no
be open door?!)
But
Elisha’s servant Gehazi (probably who has prayed at the redemption
camp for months) saw his ‘open door’ going back with Naaman. He chased
it, collected it (on Elisha’s behalf) and hid it. Elisha who saw him
with spiritual binoculars Said in verse 26 “…IS THIS THE TIME TO
RECIEVE MONEY AND CLOTHINGS…”
You
know the end of the story… So my people oooo, please if you see ‘an
open window of opportunity’ don’t just puma into it like some speakers
will teach you. Rather you can sit on the knob and say “Lorrrrrrrrd! Is
this YOUR open window?” Then observe like this…
