Former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, joins other Africans and Nigerians to commemorate Wizkid and Burna boy for winning awards at the just concluded 2021 Grammy event.
Burna boy won the Best Global Album while Wizkid won the Best Music Video for his song with Beyoncé, Brown Skin Girl, from Lion King: The Gift album.
The 63rd Grammy Awards was held in Angeles, USA; the award is arguably the biggest music event celebrated globally.
Reacting to Wizkid and Burna boys’ victory at the award, the 2019 presidential aspirant says, ”I congratulate Burna Boy, and Wizkid for their Grammys award wins this evening. Exciting news!
“This is a tribute to the industry of Nigerian youth and our country’s capacity to compete and win on the world stage. Nigerians got talent. Let’s use it”.
