The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdul-Rasheed Akanbi, has donated some hospital equipment to hospitals in Osun state in celebration of his 51st birthday. The equipment which will be distributed to well over 80 hospitals in the state were handed to the minister of health, Professor Isaac Adewole.
Sharing the information on social media, the Oluwo of Iwo wrote:
”Oluwo of Iwo donated over 1.5billion naira to celebrate 51st birthday today. On Monday the 18th of June2018, I handed to the Hon.Minister for Health Prof. Isaac Adewole ably reoresented by Health Commussioner Dr Rafiu Isamotu medical equipment’s, consumables, disposables,Mammogram screening machine,ultra sound, xray machine, 30 electrical beds, cat scan and many more worth over 1.5billion naira for free to equip the state hospital and more that 80 health centres around Osun State.
