On Friday, September 30, Comedian Seyi Law and his wife welcomed a baby girl after five years of marriage and 9 years of relationship.
Since the birth of their baby which came after they had lost their first child after delivery last year, the comedian has been gushing about his new status.
He shared this photo above a while ago and wrote:
“And like the moon watchers,
We counted days,
But the sovereignty of God was displayed,
He smiled as we waited,
With His plans yet, unrevealed.
In the womb, the baby kicks,
Every movement, her mother’s pain and joy.
To an elated father, the days seem slow,
But for God, His speed counts.
My mouth constantly in prayers,
Then, I remembered Judas and Peter,
Their differences, Jesus prayed for one,
And I asked He prayed for my daughter.
He alone knows much and what she needs.
Like the sweetness of honey,
On the FRIDAY, 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2016,
OUR PRINCESS’ ARRIVAL was announced.
On a unique day, at exactly 9 years after I met her mother as our marriage counted 5 years and 9 months on the 9th Month of the Year.
Pains of years past, He wiped away with a flash.
Joy rushes and gushes my entire being.
She came earlier than expected, but on God’s chosen date.
Bless the Lord o my soul and in His faithfully shall I be assured.
