Boxer Rocky Lockridge, whose scene in ‘intervention’ where he let out a scream that went viral and became a meme, has been announced dead. He died at his home on Thursday morning where he was receiving treatment.
Rocky Lockridge was a stunning fighter in the 80s and had victory over guys like Roger Mayweather.
He later got hooked on crack which made his family take him to the A&E show ‘intervention’ in an effort to have him cleaned up.
His son confirmed the news of his death saying…
“It is with great pain but a whole heart that I tell you family and friends that my father Ricky Lockridge aka Rocky Lockridge has passed away”
“He wanted to be in comfort of his home with friends/family. God has called him to walk through the gates of heaven”.
