Super Eagles players, Kenneth Omeruo and Ahmed Musa have reacted to the news of the retirement of Carl ikeme from football.
Carl Ikeme missed out of Russia 2018 world cup due to a battle with Leukemia which he recently recovered from. He however decided to retire from football due to doctor’s advice. He said, “the doctor suggested I should retire after the toll the treatment has taken on my body.”

Kenneth Omeruo: I would have love to play with you more my bro @carlikeme .. but am happy you will be with us in good health.. you are a legend bro.. and am sure Nigerians will miss seeing you in the national team..
