claim to a huge diamond that it has fought for decades to get back from the

made because the stone was given to its former colonial ruler rather than
stolen.
The 105-carat Koh-i-Noor, which is one of the world’s
largest diamonds, has been part of the British crown jewels for 150 years and
has today formed part of Queen Elizabeth II’s crown. It was recorded that the
crown was given to the British as a gift by an Indian King, Maharaja Ranjit
Singh, in 1851.

Arabic about an event he’d been excited to attend the day before: a dinner with
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

and everything, and he told me (to) call him when I get to Oakland, and I
said, ‘insha’Allah insha’Allah (God willing), I
will call you when I arrive.’ And during the conversation a lady was staring at
me,”
