US President Donald Trump has launched his second term campaign bid at a massive rally in Florida.
In his statement, Trump told supporters to work to keep his team in office for another four years because Democrats are trying to “rip your country apart”.
He stepped on the stage with his wife Melanie who expressed excitement about being First Lady for another term.
Speaking, Trump told supporters, “Tonight I stand before you to officially launch my campaign for a second term as president of the United States.
“I promise you I will never ever let you down.”
He later took to Twitter with more statement:
“Together, we are breaking the most sacred rule in Washington Politics: we are KEEPING our promises to the American People. Because my only special interest is YOU!”
“On no issue are Democrats more extreme – and more depraved – than when it comes to Border Security. The Democrat Agenda of open borders is morally reprehensible. It is the great betrayal of the American Middle Class and our Country as a whole!”
“In the ultimate act of moral cowardice, not one Democrat Candidate for president – not a single one – has stood up to defend the incredible men and women of ICE and Border Patrol. They don’t have the character, the virtue, or the spine!”
