Senator Dino Melaye has announced that he is well and sound after news broke out that he was allegedly kidnapped on his way to Kogi state.
The news of the alleged kidnapped was made public by senator Ben Murray-Bruce who tweeted that he got the information from Dino Melaye’s brother who told him that their vehicle was attacked on their way to Kogi were the senator was going for a court case.
About 48 hours after the news broke out, Dino Melaye took to Twitter to announce that he is now safe and sound.
”I thank God once again for escaping another dangerous attack. I also thank Nigerians for their prayers and show of Love. Spent 11 hours in the wilderness traumatized but God preserved me. God is the best and in whom ONLY I trust. They will continue to try. WE SHALL OVERCOME!!!’
