Arsenal have made just one change from the side which lost at Newcastle on Saturday, with Leandro Trossard starting as a false nine in place of Eddie Nketiah, who picked up an ankle injury in training on Tuesday. Captain Martin Odegaard misses out entirely.
Meanwhile, out-of-form Sevilla have rung the changes with eight alterations from the XI which began their eventual 1-1 draw at 10-man Celta Vigo at the weekend.
Goalkeeper Orjan Nyland is out with injury, so Marko Dmitrovic goes in between the sticks. Marcos Acuna also misses out with a hamstring problem.
Jesus Navas, Ivan Rakitic, Boubakary Soumare, Lucas Ocampos, Mariano Diaz and Oliver Torres all drop to the bench, with Juanlu, Kike Salas, Fernando, Joan Jordan, Adria Pedrosa and goalscorer against Celta, Youssef En-Nesyri coming in.
