Jakub Kiwior comes into the defence in place of Gabriel while Kai Havertz and Emile Smith Rowe start in midfield with captain Martin Odegaard and Jorginho dropping to the bench.
Bukayo Saka captains the side.
Thomas Partey is also out for several weeks with a muscle strain.
