Goalkeeper Robert Sanchez returns to the XI for the first time since December 10, while Alfie Gilchrist and Trevoh Chalobah come into the defence ahead of him.
Djordje Petrovic, Levi Colwill and Ben Chilwell drop to the bench.
Conor Gallagher and Cole Palmer are also among the subs, with Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke their replacements.
