Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed the only League that still has quality in Europe.
According to him, the Spanish, German and Italian topflights have all lost quality leaving only the Premier League as the best league in Europe.
Ronaldo left European football and moved to Saudi Arabia last December after his contract with Manchester United was terminated.
The former Manchester United superstar and his Al-Nassr team were beaten 5-0 by Celta Vigo in a pre-season friendly on Monday.
And after the game, Ronaldo spoke to the Portuguese media, insisting that European football and believes several leagues have dropped in quality.
“In my way of seeing football, I think Europe has lost a lot of quality.
“The only league that for me has a lot of quality and is at a higher level than all the others is the Premier League.
“The Spanish league does not have that great quality. The Portuguese league is a good league, but it is not a top, top league.
“The German league I think has also lost a lot.”
