EPL 2022/23: Premier League fixtures, kickoff times and how to watch

When does the Premier League start?

Arsenal will travel to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park to kick off the 2022–23 Premier League season on August 5 (today).

On that weekend, Manchester City, the defending champions, will travel to West Ham, Fulham, a recent promotion, will host Liverpool, and Manchester United will play Brighton.

To accommodate the winter World Cup in Qatar, the league begins one week earlier than usual. The players will have one more gameweek (12/13 November) before being called up by their respective nations. In December on Boxing Day, it then resumes.

When does the Premier League end?

All teams will play their final games simultaneously during the final gameweek of the 2022–23 Premier League season on May 28.

The title and relegation may not have been decided by the time of the matches between Leeds and Tottenham, Chelsea, and Wolves on that particular Sunday.

How can I watch the Premier League?

Throughout the season, the Premier League releases its schedule of televised games more than a month in advance. Selections have already been made for the first weekend of games.

Super Sports, Sky Sports, BT Sport and Amazon Prime all have broadcast rights to show matches.
