Paris Saint-Germain forward, Neymar, could join Chelsea in a sensational move before Thursday’s transfer deadline.
Neymar has been offered to the Premier League club and a deal is said to be on the line.
Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel, is keen to add to his attacking options before the window closes at 11pm on Thursday.
MailOnline reports that Chelsea now has the opportunity to sign Neymar as PSG is open to allowing him leave before deadline.
PSG, according to the report, have also put Lionel Messi up for sale with either the Argentine or Brazilian to leave the French champions to help meet UEFA’s Financial Fair Play guidelines.
Neymar has made an impressive start to the new season with PSG, scoring six goals and registering six assists in their opening four games in Ligue 1.
