Neco Williams, a defender for Liverpool, has been signed by Nottingham Forest on a four-year deal for £17 million.
The Wales right-back, 21, joined Fulham on loan in January and contributed to their promotion to the Premier League.
As they get ready to return to the top flight, Forest has added Williams as their sixth acquisition of the transfer window.

Williams, who agreed to terms with Forest on Thursday, has 21 caps for Wales and played a key role in their first-ever appearance at the World Cup finals in 64 years.
Prior to joining the Cottagers on loan, Williams, who progressed through Liverpool’s academy and made his first-team debut against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup in 2019, played for Jurgen Klopp’s team in the Champions League group stage the previous season.
Last season, Forest were promoted via the Championship play-offs, and they have already strengthened their squad with the arrivals of Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson, Nigeria forward Taiwo Awoniyi, and defender Giulian Biancone.
Forest boss Steve Cooper said: “We’re delighted to have him on board. We believe he’s got an incredibly high ceiling and can play a huge role for us in our return to the Premier League.”
Williams will train with Forest on Monday before the upcoming friendly against Burton Albion on Tuesday.
