Marcus Tavernier is also included, with Adam Smith, Antoine Semenyo and Justin Kluivert dropping to the bench.
Man City have made four changes from the side which beat Man Utd 3-0 in the derby at Old Trafford last weekend.
Manuel Akanji and Nathan Ake come into a refreshed defence, with Ruben Dias and Josko Gvardiol dropping to the bench.
In midfield, Mateo Kovacic replaces Phil Foden, while Jeremy Doku gets the nod on the left wing in place of Jack Grealish.
