Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen has finally spoken about the TikTok video that got him frustrated a week ago.
Osimhen’s first reaction to the incident was deleting his images that have anything to do with the Italian side from his social media handles.
KemiFilani reports that Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda had expressed his anger after two TikTok videos mocking the striker surfaced. He threatened legal action against the club.
Napoli had in a statement described the striker as a treasure.
“Coming to the City of Naples in 2020 was a wonderful decision for me. The People of Naples have shown me so much love and kindness, and I will not allow anyone to come between us,” Osimhen said in a statement.
“The passion of the People of Naples fuels my fire to always play with my heart and soul, and the love for the badge is unwavering as I wear it with pride.
“The accusations against the People of Naples are untrue. I have a lot of friends that are Napolitans and have become part of my family and everyday life.
