David Datro Fofana has joined Union Berlin on loan from Chelsea for the 2023/24 season.
The 20-year-old striker joined the Blues from Molde in January, but only made four appearances after signing.
Union Berlin’s director of football Oliver Ruhnert said: “David’s pace and his flexible attacking qualities are of great interest to us.
“We want another dangerous player who will give our attacking game additional impetus.”
The French attacker join a host of Chelsea who are leaving the club this summer.
The west London outfit have opened the Stamford Bridge door so wide the summer, allowing the likes of N’Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy, Mason Mount, Kai Havertz, among others to find their ways.
