Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar has rubbished reports he will leave the club this summer,
Neymar said he “will be there, with or without love.”
The Brazilian has a difficult relationship with PSG fans and there have been claims the French champions are open to offers for the 31-year-old.
With Lionel Messi already leading for Inter Miami, it has been rumoured PSG chiefs want to make Kylian Mbappe the club’s top star and focal point, leading to suggestions Neymar will depart with Saudi Arabia linked with a strong interest.
However, in an interview with Brazilian YouTube channel CazeTV, Neymar insisted he has no plans to leave Parc des Princes.
“I hope to play this season at PSG, I have a contract with Paris,” he said.
“So far, no one has told me anything.
“The process was very painful and it is very difficult,” he said about his ankle injury. “But I am trying to come back well. Obviously, winning is always part of the objectives, but I want to play well again, that’s the first thing.
“I am calm, even if there is not much love between the supporters and the player. I will be there with or without love.”
Neymar is under contract at PSG until 2027.
