Nigerian singer and actor, Bankole Wellington, popularly known as Banky W, has been permitted by his actress wife, Adesua Etomi, to like a picture shared by Tiwa Savage. The picture shared on Instagram shows Tiwa flaunting her backside and curves which a married Banky probably found enticing. He was tempted to like the picture but didn’t want to send the wrong message to his wife whom he married last year. He had to just drop a comment requesting for permission from his wife to like the picture. He wrote:
Eez like we will haff toh ask for permission toh like dis one ohhh Sis ??♂️??♂️????????
An understanding Adesua responded after she saw the comment her R&B and actor husband dropped on the picture. She said,
@bankywellington carry go. I totally understand ???
This picture posted by Tiwa comes just few hours off Adesua Etomi’s birthday which saw Banky W penning her an emotional letter to appreciate her for making him the luckiest man on earth by being his wife. He also prayed to God to bless and protect her.
Banky W and Adesua got married in 2017 in series of events that were star-studded. They had their traditional marriage in Lagos before proceeding to South Africa for the white wedding. Few weeks later, they went to a London Church to hold a thanksgiving ceremony concerning the successful union.
Romance between both celebrities started after they played husband and wife in one of Nollywood’s biggest movies, ‘the wedding party’. Shortly after the release of the movie which immediately became successful, Banky proposed to Adesua in faraway Dubai. The proposal was a major trend on social media as many couldn’t believe that what they watched as a movie was actually going to happen in reality.
