Barely a week after the release of Nollywood actor Olarewaju Omiyinka popularly known as Baba Ijesha, his colleague Yomi Fabiyi has reached out to Iyabo Ojo after their public disagreement over the sexual assault case.
Kemifilani News recalls that Yomi Fabiyi and Iyabo Ojo were major contending forces following the arrest and detention of Baba Ijesha, who was alleged to be molesting a 14-year-old girl. They also threw shade and publicly dragged each other on Instagram.
Yomi Fabiyi also alleged that his colleagues, Iyabo Ojo and Princess Damilola Adekoya, had also promised the kill Baba Ijesha if granted bail.
Reacting, Iyabo Ojo, through her lawyer, wrote to Yomi Fabiyi demanding the retraction of his defamatory statement and a public apology.
However, a few days after Baba Ijesha was granted bail, Yomi Fabiyi, in a post shared on his Instagram page said, he’s still in shock at how the alleged rape case turned out.
According to Yomi Fabiyi, he does not wish to be angry with Iyabo Ojo again and has forgiven her of every hurt she has done to him in the past.
He wrote: Iyabo, deep inside my heart I still doesn’t wish to get angry or quarell with you. I am still in shock how this turn out. Dear, find peace, find peace with others and yourself. I won’t say because of this issue then deny who you were. You used to be a nice person Iyabo. I forgive all the hurts done to me. Be good. Hopefully, this meets you well.
