Sensational singer Simi engaged in a social media fight with a man after she advised women to hype themselves and faulted the assumption that women who hype themselves are cocky.
Kemi Filani News reported that Simi, in a post shared on her Instagram story, averred that when a man hypes himself, they call him several names such as chairman, bossman and king.
Whereas when a woman hypes herself, people say she is not humble and being arrogant.
Reacting to this, a social media user attacked the singer for always involving men in her social media post and questioned why women always like playing the victim card at all times.
The social media user advised Simi to stop misleading younger girls and settle scores with her husband or anyone; perhaps she has any issues with them.
Responding, Simi slammed the social media user describing him and his sponsors as senseless. In addition, she questioned why people are always worried about misleading younger girls with her social media posts.
She added that younger girls do not want to be such men, and the younger ones are now convincing the older girls to be sharp.
