Winner of the Big Brother Naija Season 5, Olamilakan Agbaleshe, popularly called Laycon, got more than he bargained for after ordering an Uber.
The post shared on his Instagram page revealed that Laycon had supposedly ordered an Uber ride but later cancelled it.
Displeased with the act, the Uber driver expressed anger at using an hour to get to Laycon’s place, and he cancelled the ride.
The angry Uber driver said Laycon would suffer for the pains he inflicted on him, and all his labour would be in vain.
However, Laycon sent a message to the Uber driver asking him to send his bank account details so he could compensate him.
Kemi Filani News recalls that Laycon had once revealed that NASU strike robbed him of the opportunity to study in the UK.
According to him:” Laycon said at the time, he was billed to travel to the varsity but did not go eventually as he couldn’t obtain his transcript which was an essential requirement to facilitate the process.
“There are lots of such moments for me. When I rejected admissions into different schools just because I wanted to go into the University of Lagos (UNILAG) is one,” he said.
“Also, when I got the opportunity to study in a university in Newcastle, UK but I couldn’t go because I did not get my transcript due to the fact NASU was on strike at the time.”
