Award-winning superstar singer, Davido and his wife, Chioma Rowland made headlines late last year when they tied the knot at a private ceremony.
Almost five months after their low-key wedding, photos, and clips from the court wedding have surfaced online.
As Chioma Rowland celebrated her 28th birthday on Sunday, April 30th, beautiful moments from the wedding have flooded the online community.
Davido and Chioma could be seen wearing white outfits, with their family members and close friends gathered around them.
The ceremony seemed to have taken place at Davido’s father’s house in Lagos, as the new couple along with their families were gathered in a room.
Davido traditionally weds Chioma
Kemi Filani reported in November that Davido and Chioma had their traditional wedding following the loss of their son.
Gistlovers blog alleged that the singer secretly got married to Chioma after their son’s death.
The traditional wedding which was done in his father’s house, had few family friends in attendance with no camera allowed.
According to the blog, Chioma’s bride price had been paid in full.
Recall that Davido had vowed to marry Chioma the next year, but after the tragedy happened, the singer speedily wedded her.
The traditional wedding was held on November 6th, to console Chioma and assure her of her place with Davido.

In January, Davido finally paid Chioma’s bride price (Umunna) in full at Ezeala Odu, Imo state.
The singer had paid in full to Umunna group in Owerre, Nkworji Ezeala ofu Nkwerre Local government area in Imo State.
In photos and videos posted online, Chioma’s dad could be seen performing the Umunna rites and Umuada rites.

To celebrate his wife’s birthday yesterday, Davido made a lifetime promise to his Chioma Rowland.
Sharing a stunning photo from their wedding, he assured Chioma that their love is a forever thing
Describing her love as timeless, he praised her for being his right-hand and go-to person.
“Today I just want to celebrate my right hand! My go-to! Happy birthday baby @thechefchi! God bless you. Your love is timeless. It’s a forever thing I ASSURE YOU!”.
The promise and assurance is coming amid reports of him expecting another child with one of his baby mamas.
