Newly married Nollywood actress, Bimpe Akintunde has revealed why she stopped celebrating some of her colleagues.
Taking to her Instagram page to vent out, Bimpe expressed her frustration at how she would celebrate some of her colleagues on their birthdays and get snubbed.
She stated that this made her stop celebrating many of them as they don’t acknowledge her birthday epistle for them.
Bimpe noted how many of them go the extra mile to write epistle and overhype others, and yet their post gets snubbed.
Pleading to them, she begged them to always take time out to acknowledge when people celebrate them.
“I want to rant, I want to ask a question, Why is it that when they wish you happy birthday, you can’t appreciate and say thank you?
Some of us used to hype you and write epistles, yet you can’t say thank you nor drop love emoji.
I stopped celebrating a lot of people, I don’t care if you don’t celebrate me back or not. Can you please acknowledge when people celebrate you”.
Captioning the video, she wrote, “Make una no vex ooo. I just say make we dey appreciate ourselves ni oooo”.

‘I don’t keep friends, I only keep lovers’ – Bimpe Akintunde says as she celebrates Yetunde Bakare
Recall that while celebrating her colleague, Yetunde Bakare’s birthday last year, Bimpe Akintunde revealed that she doesn’t keep friends.
For Akintunde, she doesn’t keep friends or have friends but with Bakare she has a sister.

Bimpe Akintunde noted how the rate at which friendship crashes is alarming and how ex-bffs wash their dirty linen in public.
She stated that when she ends a friendship, she just ghosts them.
