Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde has advised the public on the importance of prayers.
While sharing a video of her dancing on her Instagram page, the new mum of two said that when life is rough, one should pray. She added that when life is great, they should also pray and after prayers, play, dance, and jubilate.

A few days back, Bimpe Akintunde’s husband, Yousuph Ganiyu, had fueled breakup rumours with his post. He said the worst prison in the world is a home without peace and respect, and he admonished the public to be careful about whom they marry.
Kemi Filani checked the couple’s Instagram pages and noticed they had unfollowed each other and had deleted all photos of themselves. Kemi Filani also noticed that Yousuph hasn’t been included in any of the pregnancy videos and posts Bimpe has been making since the birth of their daughter.
Kemi Filani reported in July that Bimpe announced that she had welcomed her second child, a baby girl. Sharing photos from her maternity shoot, Bimpe stated that the nine-month journey ended in praise.
In a follow-up post, Bimpe revealed that she came, saw, and conquered as she is the one the Lord chooses to bless. Akintunde further revealed that the journey was tough and rough, and she was scared and frightened and, at some point, began to doubt her God.
Recall that in June 2023, after 2 years of being single, Bimpe tied the knot to Yousuph O Ganiyu, a man with two wives, at a Nikai ceremony. She disclosed that her husband had been in love with her long before she met him, and she felt so blessed to have met him.
In May of last year, the movie star had penned a note to him, appreciating him for being so intentional as she noted how many men have said what he said to her but couldn’t stand by their words. Sharing their love story, she stated that she had never met a man like him, and she was blessed the day their path crossed.
